Description

Penzance council seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake the conversion of an existing building, The Coach House, to form a new café/restaurant. The contractor will work under the direction of the contract Administrator.

Your tender, which is to be on a fixed price basis for the period 7 April 2025 to 28 November 2025, is to be returned on document 'Enclosure 2 - Form of Tender'

The completed tender must be returned by 17:00 (5PM) on Friday 14 March 2025 in an email to [email protected] with the word "Coach House Development Tender Submission'" in the subject line

You must submit the following documentation with your Tender:
1.	Form of Tender
2.	Pricing Schedule
3.	Evidence of compliance with relevant regulatory requirements including insurance. 

Penzance Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender, nor to make any payment for the preparation of the tender.
