Description

The BFI London Film Festival takes place Wednesday 8th  Oct 2025 – Sunday 19th  Oct 2025. The annual event presents c.170 feature films and 100 short films from more than 70 countries, and in 2024 attracted attendances in excess of 230,000 across London and in cinemas throughout the UK. 
BFI Flare takes place in March 2026 (dates TBC) and is the  UK’s leading LGBTQIA+ film even. The annual event presents c. 60 feature films and in 2025 attracted audiences of over 29,000 at screenings events  
An integral part of both festivals’ operation, the transport of guests and important staff around the festival’s main venues, guest accommodation and airport/train stations. 
A total of 900 car journeys were made during the 2024 edition of BFI London Film festival and 170 were made during the 2025 edition of BFI Flare.

Extension of Existing Dynamic Purchasing System for Passenger Transport Services

Swindon Borough Council (The Council) has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services. Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to apply to join the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of passenger transport services. The Dynamic Purchasing System has been split into 5 Lots: Lot 1 Bus & Coach – Individual routes / bus services (public, education and social care transport). Lot 2 Minibus - Individual routes (public and education transport). Lot 3 Taxi - Individual routes (public and education transport). Lot 4 Minibus Social Care and Community Transport – this will consist of dial a ride and shopping service, day centre and ad hoc transport requirements. Lot 5 Taxi Social Care Transport - Complete Package of all routes and service needs If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by the Council to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the Application documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team [email protected] This DPS has been extended for a further 44 months to 23 February 2029. We reserve the right to extend, shorten or terminate, in part or whole, any Lot or the entire DPS at any time
