Northumberland National Park Authority (NNPA) is currently inviting tenders for the provision of consultancy advice and support to develop a Blended Finance and Business Model for the Hadrian’s Wall Wetlands Landscape Recovery Project. 
Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to “Express Interest” at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nnpa  upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.
When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of the e-tendering website (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nnpa) and selecting the "View Details" button of this project. 
The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 10am on the 15th July 2025

St Osyth Priory & Parish Trust is currently in the development phase of a project funded by a grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund which will focus on the redevelopment of the Tithe Barn and Old Dairy and into hireable wedding, event and community spaces. You will also be required to support funder reporting and the development (writing and submission) of the Delivery Phase Application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund. SOPPT need to raise approximately £850K in match funding, volunteer hours and in kind support from a variety of sources, for example Trusts and Foundations, Individuals and Corporates. This needs to be in place or underwritten by the time the Delivery Phase application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund which will be submitted in August 2026.
