Single Delivery Partner South Kilburn Regeneration Programme

The London Borough of Brent (the Council) is seeking to procure a single delivery partner to establish a contractual partnership to support delivery of the remaining phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme. The Council intends to appoint a single delivery partner to deliver a programme of regeneration across multiple sites over an initial term of 10 years with the potential for extensions up to a total term of 20 years. The estimated development capacity is at least 1,600 new mixed-tenure homes, to be delivered alongside associated social infrastructure, community amenities, commercial / retail space and high-quality public realm. Further particulars in respect of the Opportunity are set out in the Memorandum of Information and Commercial Structure Summary (both issued via the Council’s Portal). Between April and June 2025, the Council and its advisers undertook a market engagement exercise. The Council engaged with suppliers to establish the level of interest in the opportunity and the key parameters for undertaking a procurement. Participants in the engagement process were provided with a document setting out an overview of the following key topics to be discussed during engagement. Those topics were (i) the emerging contracting arrangements (ii) the proposed procurement approach and timeline and (iii) the programme-wide approach to affordable housing and viability. The responses and feedback received have informed the Council’s requirements, procurement approach, criteria, and the contracting arrangements. The engagement also helped the Council establish market knowledge of, and interest in, the opportunity. Further detail on the market engagement exercise is set out in the Preliminary Market Engagement Notice issued by the Council on 16 April 2025. The papers issued to participants in the market engagement exercise are available on the Council’s Portal, alongside a summary report setting out the outcomes of the engagement.

SBC 0625 GARAGE PORTFOLIO-REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TERM CONTRACT

SBC are currently seeking a suitable contractor for the GARAGE PORTFOLIO-REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TERM CONTRACT Stevenage Borough Council “the Council" is responsible for routine maintenance of circa 6500 garage assets across the borough with an average of 630 repairs reported per year and circa 500 garages becoming void. The scope of work is to include Repairs, Maintenance and Planned Works for the Councils 6500 garages. The overall value of the contract is estimated at £2.5m with the annual values broken down as follows: - Repairs £350k pa - Planned works £150k pa There is potentially an additional £1.5m of planned works that could be added to the contract over the duration depending on budget availability. For example: - Replacement of cementitious roofs with asbestos content - Replacement of garage doors This is a 5 year term and is a JCT MTC 2024 contract. Mechanical Adaptation Works & Associated Works for Spirit Store

National Museums' Liverpool, Spirit store, situated in the basement of World Museum, William Brown Street, is used for the storage of specimens preserved in ethanol. The room has recently been downgraded from an ATEX rated room (see DSEAR Technical Note v5) and the monitoring system upgraded with new ethanol sensors and a control system which currently provides monitoring only, via the Museums site wide Eltek system. The spirit store has a supply grille which is part of the general ventilation system and a failed close controlled Denco air conditioning unit (in the adjacent library) to control temperature and humidity. The Denco unit, its refrigerant heat pump system and associated ductwork will be stripped out. In its place, will be installed an extract run, standby fans on the roof and a new set of controls to link into the ethanol sensors. The existing ATEX rated lighting will be removed and replaced with standard LED fittings. Fire stopping, fire door repairs and associated works including decoration will be effectuated as specified in the tender documents.
