Description

The West Midlands CYP SARC (Darlaston) premises lease is set to expire. A premises options appraisal has been completed and an alternative long-term location identified. 

As NHSE will be paying for the remedial work, the appointment of an quantity surveyor, and associated professionals, is required to ensure value for money and an appropriate and proportionate approach is taken to all advised and agreed building work which also meets all national and regulatory standards.

NHS Norfolk & Waveney ICB (NWICB) seeks competitive bids for the Provision of a Learning Disability Respite Service for People aged 18+ with a learning disability, who are under the duty of care of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and are registered with a GP within Norfolk & Waveney.<br/><br/>The successful Provider will deliver a five-bed residential respite service with nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.<br/><br/>The service will be provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week including days, evenings and weekends, and will be provided over a full 52 weeks per year, as defined and detailed in the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
