The contact also covers servicing and maintenance of solar panels which after the first year will be attended at 3-year intervals. The Contractor will service all MVHRs and clean/ replace filters to bring up to full operational standards.

This invitation to tender sets out Highfield Centre's requirements for a suitable Contractor to supply and install solar panels, inverters, battery storage and mansafe system to perimeter of roof. Background: There are currently no solar panels installed on the roof. The existing roof comprises flat roofing with an approximate 750mm-high parapet, along with a gable roof and a perimeter parapet. We have consulted a structural engineer, who has indicated an appropriate installation method. To proceed with final structural checks, we will require the PV system specifications.

Decarbonisation Framework

This Framework is being procured by Places for People Group and Procurement Hub for the benefit of itself and its Members. This Framework is available for use by public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 and additionally listed online at: http://www.procurementhub.co.uk/eligibility-criteria/ The decarbonisation Framework is designed to support the delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency measures across Places for People’s domestic assets as well as Procurement Hub members. This represents an entirely new framework, designed to ensure that PfP has access to a robust supply chain of qualified and experienced service providers. It is necessary to meet statutory obligations under the Future Homes Standard and to support PfP’s carbon reduction commitments. PfP is recipient of grant funding streams, and the framework will establish specialist delivery mechanisms and supply chain to capitalise on further future funding. Multiple entities within the Places for People Group will have a requirement for the works covered, including Places for People Homes, Procurement Hub, Future Homes Consortium and Origin Housing. Decarbonisation framework for a range of consultants and contractors to provide services and works to decarbonise housing stock. Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. These properties include schools, libraries, social work facilities, and other commercial buildings, it should be noted that some of the works are required to take place over school holiday periods, allowances for capacity should be considered when applying for the Framework. The Council would like to invite interested parties to tender to become a framework contractor of these works within Edinburgh. The Council is looking to establish contractors committed to delivering the Council’s vision for the creation of high quality, vibrant and sustainable places in our city. It should be noted that Bidders are required sign up to the Councils Construction Charter and evidence Fair Work Practices.
