Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) is seeking a qualified provider to collaborate with a nationwide drug and alcohol service provider for the supply of needle and syringe products and all associated paraphernalia.  The provider must deliver the service across a national geography, which currently includes Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Telford, Staffordshire, and Portsmouth. The service must be flexible to meet changing commissioning requirements over the life of the contract.
The service will include the provision of a range of needle and syringe products and associated paraphernalia, e-learning covering needle and syringe programme and Naloxone Awareness for Trust staff, printed materials for service users. Delivery will be available to Community Pharmacies, Trust Community Drug and Alcohol Services and directly to service users homes.

Delivery will be available to Community Pharmacies, Trust Community Drug and Alcohol Services and directly to service users homes. The supplier will be required to provide an online ordering platform accessible to service users, community pharmacy and trust services that will be flexible to allow restrictions to product types and/or volumes dependent upon geographical area. Residential Rehabilitation (Alcohol and Drugs) Services National Flexible Framework Agreement (New Entrants)

This Contract Notice confirms that the National Flexible Framework Agreement has now been established in accordance with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (further referred to as 'the Flexible Framework Agreement') and will remain open for Applications for Admission by new providers ("New Entrants") throughout its Duration. Further information about New Entrant applications is set out in Section VI.3 Additional information. Following award, successful providers will also be able to seek to vary their appointment by altering or adding Rehabilitation Service offerings in accordance with the terms of the Flexible Framework Agreement. The Flexible Framework Agreement is for the provision of Residential Rehabilitation services as defined in the Procurement Documents: “Residential rehabilitation programmes aim to support individuals to attain an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle and be re-integrated into society. They provide intensive psychosocial support and a structured programme of daily activities which residents are required to attend over a fixed period of time.” Supported accommodation services which meet this definition are also included in the Flexible Framework Agreement. Please note that the value provided in II.1.5) is an ESTIMATE only. This is a maximum value which is estimated to ensure that there is sufficient capacity within the Flexible Framework Agreement to accommodate any unforeseen peaks in demand and should not be relied upon as an indication of the likely value of work that may be awarded. Applicants should note that there is no guarantee of any business, use, level of use or continuity of business through the Flexible Framework Agreement
