Description

The core objective of this service is to provide a range of traffic modelling services for Customer, Strategy & Communications and other Directorates.
This is a one year extension to the previous four year commission, and over the last few years a number of topics have been research and reported on.
Within the previous year these services explicitly included:
a.	To extend the work carried out under Task 5 to investigate journey time reliability to finalise work which was commenced in the previous commission and conduct further testing. 
b.	To explore whether there is sufficient new data to re-estimate model speed flow relationships. 
c.	Work to support National Highway's 'Size of the Prize' tool 
d.	To peer review National Highway's Policy Modelling 
e.	To investigate more disaggregate forecasts of the proportion of EVs using the SRN by capturing differential rates of EV adoption across England. 
The tasks in the coming year will include
a.	JTR
b.	Policy Modelling support
c.	Task 15 - To update the existing Scheme Appraisal Report (SAR).

0455 - PA - Exhibition Design Consultancy Services

Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission experienced Exhibition Design consultants to be part of this upcoming iconic project and to provide exhibition design services from RIBA stage 1 equivalent to RIBA stage 6/7 equivalent and detailed design for fit-out contractors. You will work with the wider design team, including Architectural Design consultants to coordinate and support the wider redevelopment of the museum which includes the enlargement of its physical footprint. Due to the nature of the project and the museum collections the practice will need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience of exhibition design for museums and for NLHF funded projects in particular. The commission is for full service from RIBA stage 1 to RIBA Stage 6/7 equivalents and detailed design (including detailed cost plan) but will include a break clause at RIBA Stage 3 for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Completion to detailed design will be contingent on the acquisition of round two funding.
