Description

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) require a single contractor to undertaken internal / external refurbishment works to domestic void properties prior to addition to the Broxtowe housing portfolio and rental by tenants.
•	Works may be required to approx.  20 properties per year/
•	The successful contractor would enter into a JCT Measured Terms contract with an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months at the Council's discretion.
•	This opportunity is being offered using a mini-competition via the EEM0056-Property Improvement & Decarbonisation framework, Lot 1-Domestic and Commercial Property Improvement Works.

Design and build for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building as well as the build contractor. The appointed Supplier will act as the lead professional design team and build contractor for the works element for the major transformation of the Municipal Building. It should be noted that works consist of the following: 1. Internal works to redesign the internal gallery space (see brief). Initially this is to undertake RIBA Stages 0-2 which will inform a submission for funding. If approved, there will be a second phase RIBA 3-4. The final stage RIBA Stages 5-6 will also be dependent on external funding applications. 2. The construction element of the internal redesign. 3. External works to undertake alterations to existing building comprising of thermal and energy related improvements, with associated repairs. 4. Damp and Mould - Cause Investigation, Remedial Works, Ventilation/Extraction Installation, Mould Treatment and Monitoring Central Bedfordshire Council, a unitary authority responsible for a range of services including housing, highways, planning, education, and social care, manages approximately 5,500 social housing properties across a 276-square-mile area. The Council is seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake Damp and Mould investigative works across its housing stock. The Contractor will be required to survey properties upon request, identify issues related to Damp and Mould, and provide comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommended remedial actions. These reports will support the Council in planning and executing necessary repair or improvement works. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
