Description

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) require a single contractor to undertaken internal / external refurbishment works to domestic void properties prior to addition to the Broxtowe housing portfolio and rental by tenants.
•	Works may be required to approx.  20 properties per year/
•	The successful contractor would enter into a JCT Measured Terms contract with an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months at the Council's discretion.
•	This opportunity is being offered using a mini-competition via the EEM0056-Property Improvement & Decarbonisation framework, Lot 1-Domestic and Commercial Property Improvement Works.

Damp and Mould - Cause Investigation, Remedial Works, Ventilation/Extraction Installation, Mould Treatment and Monitoring Central Bedfordshire Council, a unitary authority responsible for a range of services including housing, highways, planning, education, and social care, manages approximately 5,500 social housing properties across a 276-square-mile area. The Council is seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake Damp and Mould investigative works across its housing stock. The Contractor will be required to survey properties upon request, identify issues related to Damp and Mould, and provide comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommended remedial actions. These reports will support the Council in planning and executing necessary repair or improvement works. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.
