Description

To undertake a Highways Study that: a) assesses the impact of the Lincolnshire Lakes development and proposed employment allocation to the north of the Gallagher Retail Park on the highway network at key junctions.  b) identifies when, and where, highway infrastructure improvements are required to facilitate the Lakes development and suggest suitable improvements for agreed junctions, along with indicative costings c) provides indicative designs and costings for the M181/A1077 (M) to support de-trunking and declassification.  d) Review the design for a new roundabout on the B1450, to the east of the M181/A1077 (M), to provide access to Villages 2 and 3 and connections into the M181/A1077(M) at the terminating junction e) Impact of connections to the M181/A1077 (M) via the terminal and/or northern roundabout on existing traffic flows f) Undertake junction capacity assessments for other key junctions within the Scunthorpe urban area and identify mitigation measures, where required. g) Review the impact of two potential housing allocations on the existing highway network and what mitigation measures may be required. Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. SCAPE Scotland is establishing a framework agreement for the initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) years which will run consecutively. Due to character limitations, this Contract Notice will be followed by a Corrigendum to ensure the mention of all public sector bodies eligible to use the Framework.
