Description

BCP Council (the grantor) is inviting tenders from capable suppliers (the concessionaires) for the opportunity to operate a concession at the Shore Road Water Sports Centre, Poole, BH13 7PJ. The successful concessionaire will be granted the right to operate as the seller of water sports activities and associated retail services within Council-owned premises, in return for an appropriate fee payable to the Council.
The concession will be granted for a fixed term of five (5) years, commencing on 1st May 2026 and ending on 30th April 2031, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the lease.

It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in early 2027.
