Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is inviting responses for the provision of communal Pest Control; full details of this opportunity are found within this document and all other associated documents .
The contract is expected to value £50,000 annually, with contract period for an initial period of 36  months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months plus 12 months (24 months) 
The anticipated contract commencement date is 30th December 2025

Provision of Pest Control Services

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a Contractor to provide a fully comprehensive and managed pest control service to the residents of Hillingdon from initial investigations, treatment (whereby this is a one-off treatment or several) through to the control and eradication of pest borne contamination. Services will include, but not limited to these areas; • Council owned residential stock (including void properties); • Garages and other outbuildings if attached to the main dwelling); • Communal areas (including gardens) of Council buildings. • Block treatments of Council properties (blocks of flats or sheltered accommodation, residential accommodation, Civic Centre). • Other properties including the rear of shop parades and other Council buildings may be involved from time to time. The service will cover the following common pests for both Council owned properties and private owner/occupiers. • Rats • Mice • Pigeons (which would cover spiking, netting (including repair and replacement) and occasional hygienic cleans rather than eradication). • Fleas • Garden ants. • Bedbugs. • Beetles /furniture beetles. • Woodworm. • Bedbugs (Sheltered Schemes and Tenancy Management Approvals) There will be an additional service required for occupiers of Council owned properties only, covering: • Wasps. • Cockroaches. • Pharaoh's Ants. • Squirrels. • Mortar Bees. The proposed contract will be for a period of four (4) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years, plus one (1) subject to the requirements of the service and the satisfactory performance of the contractor.   Hillingdon Council does not provide any guarantees or assurances in respect of the annual value or volumes of work, if any, which will be procured under this proposed contract.

This notice is to allow for the award of further competitions via the FTS System. Please note this is not a new notice** (copy link) https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/278841-2019 The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (including Kirklees neighbourhood housing identified as the 'Council' is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for construction contractors, subcontractors and ancillary services to undertake repair/ maintenance works/services for its portfolio of assets. The Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow coverage for ever changing requirements, including but not limited to new regulations and central government requirements.
