This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of the contract(s) is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime (PSR)) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this notice.<br/><br/>Following market engagement activities which took place between 21st May and 5th June 2025, HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is issuing this Contract Notice on behalf of Barts Health NHS Trust who is seeking to procure dental laboratory services for the registered patient population of City of London and East London, UK.<br/><br/>Barts Health NHS Trust Institute of Dentistry is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to appoint qualified and experienced providers who have the capability of providing external dental laboratory services to support the Trusts day-to-day dental procedures and patient care activities.<br/><br/>The scope of this agreement is to fulfil the Trusts requirement for external dental laboratory work for:<br/><br/>• Fixed Prosthodontics,<br/>• Removable Prosthetics, and<br/>• Orthodontics<br/><br/>Contracting authority: Barts Health NHS Trust<br/>Contact: Zeneb Paasha<br/>Email: [email protected]<br/><br/>Any concerns or complaints about this procurement should be submitted in writing via Atamis https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome in accordance with the HealthTrust Europe LLP Procurement Complaints Procedure, available upon request.<br/><br/>Participation for this tender closes at 17:00hrs 18th July 2025
