West Bampton Road Design and Build

This is to inform suppliers on the upcoming tender for the following: Proposal: Design and construction (post RIBA stage 3) of 7 dwellings (2 x 1bd bungalow, 3 x 2bd houses and 2 x 3bd houses), and associated works to the car park as per planning consent 23/00886/FUL.
