Term Service Contract for Reactive Repairs to Occupied Council Housing (Lotted Contract)

To carry out various Reactive Repairs to occupied properties within the Council Housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. This contract is separated into Lots by Geographical Area as below: Lot 1 (North) – £1,200,000 per annum/£7,200,000 overall Lot 2 (East) – £1,300,000 per annum/£7,800,000 overall Lot 3 (West) – £1,000,000 per annum/£6,000,000 overall Each area requires all objectives of the Reactive Repairs scope to be carried out within the specified area for that Lot.
