TENDER REQUIREMENTS This project is to procure Retained Legal Advice and Services which: 1. Provide ad-hoc access to a professional and legislatively sound advice and guidance service and paid at an agreed fixed fee each month or on an annual fee basis in the following nine key areas (non-exhaustive list): a. Education law/student matters including disability discrimination, SEND, safeguarding, admissions and exclusions and service complaints; b. Corporate governance and subsidiary company advice; c. This will also include the provision of free briefings/update sessions/webinars on key legal changes as they arise e.g. circa 2 or 3 hours per annum.

ID 5983468 - DfE - Environmental Assessment and Planning Application for Antrim Area Hospital

The Department for the Economy wishes to engage a supplier to deliver a determined planning application for a deep geothermal system at Antrim Area Hospital (AAH). Outputs will include site selection, environmental assessments, environmental impact assessment and an application for full planning permission at the selected site. The contract is for an initial period of 24 months. In the event of any unforeseen events or delays to completion of the required works, the initial contract will be followed by two optional extension periods of up to 6 months each.
