The Operational Learning & Development team require a Learning Management System, for the hosting, delivery and administration of all operational and corporate learning in the VOA. LMS is a learning management system supports a wide range of training and development, designed to deliver, track, and manage online and offline training programs efficiently. 
This learning platform is used across the business as a portal for all users to access their operational learning. In addition to this, we use a content authoring tool called Adapt, to create in-house eLearning modules tailored to the VOA. To continue maintaining this service with minimal disruption, it's also a requirement to gain Adapt licenses to continue creating these learning modules.

The Horniman Museum and Gardens (HMG) is seeking to replace its end-of-life collections management system with a new, digital-first solution that will enhance efficiency, transparency, and best practice across its diverse collections and related activities. This project will span three to four years, focusing initially on data migration, followed by phased development and alignment of functions and procedures.
