Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. These properties include schools, libraries, social work facilities, and other commercial buildings, it should be noted that some of the works are required to take place over school holiday periods, allowances for capacity should be considered when applying for the Framework. ACCESS CODE: 8J34GPS33G Stonewater is seeking experienced and capable supplier(s) to deliver a long-term cyclical internal and external decorating programme across multiple residential and communal properties. The works will be delivered over a period of seven (7) years, across eight (8) geographical Lots, covering the full operational area of the Contracting Authority.
