The Supplier shall maintain and develop an Ofsted-registered Supported Lodgings scheme within Lincolnshire in accordance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 i.e. provision of accommodation within a family home for care experienced young people (CEYP) from 16 years up to 21 years old and other assessed 16-17 year olds presenting as homeless. This will include recruiting, vetting, training and supporting new and current Supported Lodgings providers and the appropriate matching of Supported Lodgings providers to young people. \r

The Supplier will work with the Customer to develop processes and protocols, including all documentation relating to Ofsted registration as a Supported Accommodation provider, which will subsequently be the Intellectual Property of the Council. "

The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
