Deployment of Project Delivery Subject Matter Expertise
We will provide AI Board Advisory services across SABP through the deployment of dedicated project delivery subject matter expertise.
Our support will be structured across three phases: Phase 1a, Phase 1b, and Phase 2, each with its own defined outputs.
Phase 1a: AI Readiness Assessment (anticipated 6 weeks)
Phase 1b: AI Governance and Initial Pilots (anticipated 10 weeks)
Phase 2: AI Implementation Strategy
