Description

Wigan Council is seeking to receive applications for admittance to a Home to School Transport and Adult Social Care Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). In accordance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulation 34 (28(a)), Wigan Council is extending the DPS originally advertised in The Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) with reference number 2015/S 078-138444 and extended by notices 2019/S 093-224781 and 2023/S 000-017392. For indicative purposes, the DPS will be extended until 23rd February 2029. Providers already on the DPS do not need to reapply as they will automatically remain on the DPS.

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) (Croydon Place) is seeking to commission Long-Term Conditions (LTC) Community Outreach, Expert Patient Programme (EPP), LTC Self-Management and Pentathlon Healthy Lifestyle Programme Services. Since 2020, the LTC Community Outreach and Expert Patients Programme has been focussing on prevention, early identification and improved management of LTCs in Croydon with the aim to raise awareness with people who do not regularly access GPs or local NHS services. With the population in Croydon with two or more long term conditions at 23% and set to increase, a collaborative approach across all long-term conditions is key to manage, support and prevent increases in the number of Long-Term Conditions and the costs associated with that to health and the individual. The aims of the LTC community outreach and EPP programme are to deliver cost-effective, culturally competent, and preventative community health interventions that address the health inequalities in Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities which constitute circa 50% of SWL ICB's core20 communities, particularly in deprived and underserved wards such as Thornton Heath and New Addington. In particular the LTC community out-reach health and wellbeing checks, Pentathlon healthy lifestyle courses and Expert Patient Programme (EPP) LTC self-management course are anticipated to: • Support raising grass roots awareness of LTC risk and risk factors and support people to adopt healthier lifestyles to reduce the risks of LTC, support early identification and diagnosis and self-management in key Croydon communities. • Empower patients with LTCs to feel more confident in managing their own condition and keep them active and engaged in their lives. • Tackle health inequalities and increase uptake from hard-to-reach groups. The Contract is expected to commence in April 2026 for an initial period of 2 years. The contract may be extended for an additional period of 1 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. Drive Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention - CPA/SPU/2667P

UK4 Tender notice Cheshire Constabulary would like to partner with a Provider to deliver a ‘Drive’ Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention across Cheshire for an initial 18- month period. Funding to the PCC for Cheshire has been confirmed for the initial mobilisation and delivery of The Drive Project for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-27, however the exact allocation of funding is yet to be advised and in addition, will be pro-rated for year 1. Each year more than 100,000 people in the UK are at high and imminent risk of being murdered or seriously injured because of domestic abuse. Services rightly focus on meeting the needs of victims, but too often perpetrators are not held to account, and their abusive behaviour continues. Less than 1% of perpetrators get a specialist intervention that might prevent future abusive behaviour and as a result there is a high level of repeat victimization with the same victim or future partners / family members. To deliver long term sustainable change and reduce the number of victims – we must challenge perpetrators to stop. The intervention seeks to reduce offending in a high risk, high harm cohort of perpetrators. The anticipated contract value of £1.6m provided in this notice is based on the maximum annual allocation of funding for a full year of delivery, multiplied up to match the maximum contract duration. Year 1 funding will be pro-rata’d, however the actual amounts for year 1 and year 2 are yet to be confirmed. As this is grant funding, extension for years 3 and/or 4 and values are not guaranteed. Preliminary market engagement has not been conducted for this procurement, therefore a UK2 preliminary market engagement notice is not applicable. SINGLE AND MULTI-PARCEL CONSIGNMENT DELIVERY SERVICE (SECONDARY SUPPLIER)

YPO are looking for a supplier to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Single and Multi-Parcel Consignment Delivery Service, which will serve YPO internal requirements only. YPO's product range is more than 11,000 product lines and Providers will be required to handle a wide range of products including, but not limited to, exercise books, paper, educational equipment, general stationery, art and craft material including liquid paint, cleaning products, catering suppliers, sports equipment and electrical goods. The successful Supplier will be required to collect standing trailer(s) provided by the Supplier at the YPO Warehouse 41 in Wakefield or any pre agreed facility, for sortation at the Supplier's regional depot / Hub(s) for final delivery to YPO customers by the Supplier. The majority of the YPO customer base (approximately 80%) is made up of schools and education establishments, delivery window of 07:00 - 16:00 will apply. Addresses will include but not limited to education, local government establishments, business premises, social care homes and residential addresses. Please note parcel sizes can range from a small single item to a large/bulky item but each parcel will weigh no more than 25kg. Please note that 4PL solution is not in scope of this tender.
