Description

The Authority requires the provision of medical assessments in relation to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS). Further information on the scheme can be found here https://www.gov.uk/vaccine-damage-payment/eligibility The services required are for Medical Assessments of the evidence being presented by applicants making a claim under the VDPS. An ‘Assessment’ is the end-to-end process to assess causation and level of disablement against the medical evidence presented in relation to a Claimant’s health condition and/or disability. The Supplier is required to undertake all appropriate action to complete the assessment. This may include gathering evidence from the most appropriate source, reference, expert, and/or specialist to ensure a definitive view can be provided. The Total Contract Value (Estimated) excludes any payments to be made to claimants.

West Yorkshire Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service and Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) Service

Supporting victims, survivors, witnesses, and those harmed by crime is at the heart of this Police and Crime Plan, helping people to get justice. The Mayor will continue to commission the most appropriate services that victims and witnesses need, building on the excellent work already being undertaken around priorities. The West Yorkshire Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service and Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) service embracing the concept of: Work with people who have experienced rape and sexual assault and stalking and provide a confidential service offering impartial and independent advice. ISVA and ISAC support varies based on the individual needs of the victim/survivor. The support is primarily through the criminal justice process, offering emotional and practical support and acts as the main point of contact for a victim/survivor and can liaise with the police on their behalf if needed. Autism Support for Young People

The contract will be award to one provider to begin 1st October 2025. The estimated annual value of this contract will be £600,000 (subject to change). The commissioned service will provide direct interventions to children with autism and their families. The specialist interventions will be specifically related to support associated with the child's autism. The brief will also include upskilling practitioners within the Early Help service, offering advice, guidance and training on autism enabling practitioners to respond effectively to families. The key aims of the commissioned service are: • To work collaboratively with Early Help practitioners in delivering on the actions of the family's Early Help plan, with a specific focus on autism. • To support families with a child who has autism at an early intervention and preventative level; ensuring their development and wellbeing needs are supported. • To offer group work programmes to parents with children with autism. • To support the development of knowledge and skills in the workforce on issues related to children with autism and their families. • To support the Early Help service with engaging families in early intervention and preventative work, offering good practice guidance related to autism
