The purpose of this Tender Document is to assist Fenland District Council appoint a 
suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to undertake a Design and Build 
Contract to replace a Council owned and operated Sewage Treatment Works and 
Pumping Station at Fen Road, Guyhirn, Cambridgeshire, PE13 4AB.

Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to replace the existing National Framework for Developer Led Schemes which is set to expire in April 2026. It is proposed that the term of this Framework will be for a four year term from April 2026. The opportunity will be hosted via the In-Tend tendering portal linked below.
