Design and delivery of a Tone of Voice workshop to all staff within the organisation.  

The objectives of the above workshop are to: 

Create a consistent and credible tone and approach to stakeholder messaging within the organisation; 

Reduce the number of complaints that the organisation receives;  

Increase awareness of best practice for all individuals; and  

Increase confidence in decision making from external stakeholders.
