Credit rating & delivery support for NHS Clinical academy learning modules

Within the LGT Clinical Academy (LGTCA), there are 20 credit rated university level work based learning modules. These range from a suite of preceptorships for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Healthcare professionals to surgical, medical, cancer and other specialist courses. The LGTCA have on average 450 enrolled The LGTCA has on average 450 enrolled learners per financial year. Each course is being learners per financial year. Each course is being offered at either level 6 or level 7, not offered at both. University Credits are different from module to module ranging from 15 to 30 credits depending on length and contact time of the module. As well as the overall service need building to a larger programme. The LGTCA predominantly caters for Nursing workforce. We are looking to build and create more educational content for Midwives and Allied Healthcare professionals as well as looking at clinical leadership modules and senior leadership modules. We are looking to expand further and sell some of our unique courses to the external London market. These will be based around the clinical subject matter experts that we have within the NHS organisation.
