Description

Havering Council are responsible for maintaining school buildings, therefore an approved budget has been set aside from the LA School Condition Allocations (SCA)
20254/26.
The existing flat roof areas have been surveyed at Crownfield Junior School and it has been established that they are now beyond their service life and require replacement.
It is proposed that these works will be procured via the LHC Roofing Systems and Associated
Works Traditional Flat Roofing Framework RS4

The Employer also continues to provide vital timber supplies to support a sustainable rural economy. The Employer manages a large number of buildings (including offices, stores, workshops, deer larders and visitor provisions) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide buildings maintenance and improvement works across the estate. The Employer has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement with external Providers to maintain its buildings to a safe and legally compliant condition as well as providing upgrades and improvements. The Framework Agreements will provide a compliant route to market for the Employer to procure the works from a list of pre-approved contractors and replace the current Framework Agreements.

To carry out various Reactive Repairs to occupied properties within the Council Housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 12,000 properties with more properties being added on a regular basis. The contract scope requires the successful supplier(s) to provide a qualified and experienced team to carry out all Reactive Repairs under Objectives 1-9, with the provision of a 24/7 Call-Out Service for Objectives 1, 2 & 3 for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in that specific lot, within the prescribed times.
