Description

Together Housing Association Ltd and its subsidiary organisations is looking for one supplier to be appointed over all geographic areas to provide an Asbestos removal service provider for all properties managed or owned by THA including domestic properties, communal areas, and commercial buildings. This asbestos removal service will be provided generally in conjunction with the THA’s responsive repairs programme of work, which is predominately delivery via an in-house maintenance team, however, may include delivery throughout the organisation if required. The health, safety and welfare of our employees, tenants, contractors, and members of the public are of paramount importance to the THA organisation. In order to comply with its obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Health and Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation, Together Housing Association are seeking to partner with a Contractor for the delivery of an Asbestos Removal Services. Lifecycle and Welfare

Thames Water wishes to award one framework agreement to suppliers capable of project design, building renovations, remedial works and/or the provision and maintenance of welfare cabins. Due to the varying age of buildings and structures within the Thames Water estate, there is need to carry out renovation and remedial works in order to ensure they remain safe and fit for purpose. The Framework Agreement will cover the following works: Consultancy (Project Design), Internal & External Works (London area), Internal & External Works (Thames Valley and Home Counties), Roofing, Asbestos Consulting, Asbestos Treatment and Welfare Cabins. Thames Water reserve the right to issue multiple awards for each lot in this agreement to achieve the most efficient and economical service solution, and the security and consistent continuity of supply and delivery. Thames Water reserve the right to enter into a contract or contracts for the provision of all or any number of lots. In parallel, although on a slightly different timetable, Thames Water is also running a procurement exercise for facilities management services whereby there are some common areas of work with this procurement exercise. Thames Water reserves the right to refine the award criteria. Please note that that deadline for asking for access to the PSQ & submitting of the PSQ is Friday 16th January 2026, at 10 am.

Asbestos Surveys, Testing and Services and Asbestos Abatement Works

This tender comprises two national lots, both in relation to Asbestos Services/Works, as detailed below: Lot 1: Asbestos Surveying and Testing Services: • Carrying out cyclical surveying and re-inspection programmes to fulfil compliance requirements • Carrying out ad-hoc sampling/survey requests and programmes for planned, void, and responsive works • Providing survey data and documents to ensure TGP asset management system is updated • Carrying out air monitoring services following asbestos abatement works • Leading on asbestos incidents and acting as first point of call to triage incidents Lot 2: Asbestos Abatement Works: • Carrying out licensed, notifiable non-licensed, and non-licensed asbestos abatement works for planned, void and responsive works • Providing completion packs to ensure TGP asset management system can be updated Each lot is for the provision of National Services/Works. Bidders must clearly indicate the contract lot(s) for which they are submitting a tender in the Tender Certificate. There are no restrictions on the number of lots a bidder may submit a tender for; however, a bidder will be awarded no more than one (1) lot. In the event that a single bidder achieves the highest overall evaluation score for both lots, Lot 2 shall take precedence. In such circumstances, the bidder will be awarded Lot 2, and Lot 1 will be awarded to the next highest-ranked tenderer for that lot. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot, and each lot shall be awarded to one bidder.
