Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. These properties include schools, libraries, social work facilities, and other commercial buildings, it should be noted that some of the works are required to take place over school holiday periods, allowances for capacity should be considered when applying for the Framework. The Council would like to invite interested parties to tender to become a framework contractor of these works within Edinburgh. The Council is looking to establish contractors committed to delivering the Council’s vision for the creation of high quality, vibrant and sustainable places in our city. It should be noted that Bidders are required sign up to the Councils Construction Charter and evidence Fair Work Practices. This procurement is for the provision of works related to replacement roof coverings and associated works at 28-52 Grasmere Drive and 27-43 Windermere Avenue, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. This procurement is being tendered using a below threshold procedure. This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes and known as ‘The Alliance Homes Group’. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. Roofing Works at Llys Jasmine, Mold

WWHG requirement under this contract is to appoint a single contractor to install a new roofing system at our Extra Care facility based in Mold. Due to ongoing water ingress, we are undertaking a project to renew the existing failed single ply roofing system and composite paving surface to the first-floor terrace area (Approx 130sqm). The new installation will consist of Sika Decothane Ultra Warm Roof system with concrete paving pedestal system as per Sika specification or similar equivalent approved.
