Harrogate Court Extra Care Scheme

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver care and support to tenants of Harrogate Court along with housing related and general wellbeing support and a community hub, providing a high quality service at all times. Care and support packages will be delivered in line with assessed need. It will be a 24/7 service including first response. The contract will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five 12 month periods. Harrogate Court is a 50-bed apartment extra care scheme, for People aged 55 and over. The scheme has 21 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are for rent. (There is also a communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, restaurant , shop and guest room. It is a requirement of this contract that you hold a CQC rating of good or above from the start and for the duration of this contract. Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as ‘Good ‘or above with CQC.

Community Mental Health Services (Healthy Minds Service and Depression and Wellbeing Calls) LOTS in Mid and South Essex

NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein referred to as the ‘Authority’) seeks to secure the most suitable Provider for the provisions of these mental health services utilising LOTS. LOT 1 ‘Healthy Minds Services’ and LOT 2 ‘Depression and Wellbeing Calls’. The Authority aims to award a single contract for each service to a single Provider (either as the sole Provider or as the ‘Lead Provider’ on behalf of a consortium). These services support the Authority’s Mental Health Wellbeing Service offering in Mid and South Essex. Local Providers are invited to tender for these services and can submit a compliant bid for either one or both LOTs. Both LOTs are being commissioned from 01st October 2025 for a 3-year contract term, with the option to extend for a further 24 months. The total combined aggregate contract value, inclusive of extensions, as outlined in this FTS notice is £6,941,862.00 Sterling. The aggregate combined total contract value for the 3 year term is £4,176,760 Sterling. These new, transformed services are community based and locally driven within the Mid and South Essex locality and details can be found free of charge at the e-procurement portal - please see ‘itt_170 - Healthy Minds Service and Depression Calls (Mental Health Services) for NHS MSE ICB’ – Qualification Stage. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The City of Doncaster Council is looking to establish a Framework for the provision of Domiciliary Care Services within the City of Doncaster Geographical Area. The Framework will be established under the Light Touch Regime and therefore the council will use the flexibilises this affords the council for example ability to reopen the framework at the councils discretion.
