Description

Notting Hill Genesis divided its requirement into ten Cleaning services contracts and ten Gardening services contracts (giving a total of 20 contracts). Notting Hill Genesis has decided to split its whole estate into 10 core geographic regions known as “Lots”, providing opportunities for a variety of suppliers (from large contractors to SMEs) to bid and work with
Notting Hill Genesis in providing a high quality Cleaning and Gardening service for its residents. These regions will predominantly be at sites located in Greater London however some sites will be located in other counties in the Southeast or East of England. Tenderers could decide which contracts they bid for and do not have to bid for all of them.

Public Toilet Cleaning

The public toilets are facilities seen by the Council as providing an essential public service to residents of the county and its visitors. The Services entails cleaning of 25 public conveniences, the waiting room at the Park & Ride (including window cleaning, located within High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Amersham and the surrounding areas) and the cleaning of 3 sets of stairs and lift at Amersham Multi-Storey Car Park. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years, commencing on 1st of April 2026 and ending on 31st March 2029. The contract may be extended by one further 2-year period, and then another further 1-year period, making a potential total contract length of 6 years. The total contract spend for the full 6 years is estimated at £2,275,636. This is only an estimate, and the actual spend maybe higher or lower than this figure. The Council is of the opinion that TUPE will apply. The TUPE actuary report is currently not available but will be sent as soon as it is available to the bidders that have returned the confidentiality agreement. Play Area Surfacing & Equipment (3 x sites), Blandford Forum, Dorset

The Town Council is seeking tenders for works to be carried out at the following three play area sites: Larksmead Play Area (parking on site): • Replacement Surfacing under the following items of play equipment: Toddler Swing and Basket Swing Set, Spinner, Sit-On Spinner, Junior Swing and See-Saw. Replacement Equipment • Removal and disposal of existing balance bar (part of the fitness trail), and installation of new. Refurbishment / Enhancement of the Play Area at Victoria Park

Malvern Town Council is looking to appoint a company to provide play equipment to improve and enhance the play area at Victoria Park, Malvern Design proposals are invited and should include the following. 1) New equipment within existing Play Area Following a recent public consultation, the survey results produced an overview of what items of equipment would like to see in the play area: - • In-ground trampoline • Large multi-use climbing frame with slide • Climbing wall/structure/Net Climbers/Fireman poles • See Saw • Clatter Bridge • Accessible wheelchair ramps, swings and roundabouts • Accessible picnic tables and seating • Interactive learning equipment (ABACUS, Cogs, Ball maze) This is a sample of what the public would like to see. It is not exhaustive and other suitable and dynamic ideas are invited. Please find attached to the tender document a copy of the Victoria Park Consultation survey results. It is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost a maximum of £160,000. 2) New equipment to be sited immediately adjacent to the south of the existing play area To supply and install one large wooden climbing frame and trim trail. It is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost in the region of £40,000. 3) Play Area Equipment which is to remain within the park area is as follows: • Toddler Play Area • Large Swing Set • Small Swing Set • Zip Wire The tender price to also include • Removal of existing equipment and deteriorated rubber safety surfacing. • Installation of new rubber safety surfacing where required. • All arisings to be cleared off site. • Areas must be Heras fenced off during works. Safety surface: • The use of rubber grass matting and wet pour is acceptable dependent on the siting of the play equipment. Maximum Budget £200,000
