This contract awarded is for the delivery of  Removal of the existing structures, and the design, manufacture, and installation of replacement of two large pieces of play equipment, the Galleon and the Tree House Encampment at the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Playground (DPWMP) in Kensington Gardens.  The contract comprises two Lots; Lot 1 Galleon £573,413.56 + VAT, Lot 2 Treehouse Encampment £449,632.70 + VAT.

Additional information: Lot 1 Galleon received 2 tenders, Lot 2 Tree House Encampment received 2 tenders, totalling 4 tenders received overall.

The procurement will be divided into two cleaning contracts-covering North and South Essex respectively-and two grounds maintenance contracts for the same regions.
