1.1.o Tender is to procure management consultant support to work collaboratively with the Local Government Association (LGA) to design a future operating model, including a cost and financial model, design of key services and a plan for culture change to support a shift of ways of working as a result of a new strategy.

Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray (MICM) - Service Operator

HIE is seeking to appoint a service operator for the Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray (MICM). It is expected that these services will be required from September 2025 for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. HIE will have an option to extend the contract period by up to 2 years. The 3-year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP 620,000 and GBP 654,000 (excluding VAT). Refer to the 'Timescales and Value' section in the Scope of Requirements and Guidance document for full details on pricing inclusions/exclusions and price increase mechanism. The total contract value in section II.1.5 and II.2.6. refers to the total contract value including the optional extension period/s and allowances.
