Maidstone Borough Council is inviting tenders for the concession of a mobile refreshments unit to operate within Brenchley Gardens, Maidstone, ME14 1LH.
Brenchley Gardens is a well-established park in the centre of town providing an oasis of calm in contrast to the bustling shopping streets. It sits between Maidstone Museum and Maidstone East Railway Station and is a well-used thoroughfare for commuters, school children, residents and visitors alike.

Target contract commencement date: 1st September 2025 Contract term: 3 years +1+1 optional
