Maryhill Housing Association wishes to appoint an Employers Agent/Quantity
Surveyor (henceforth referred to as Employers Agent) to update the feasibility study and produce proposals for affordable housing on the site. The EA will act as project lead and coordinate the activities of the other consultants on the team.

It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as the Employer, to appoint a Quantity Surveyor led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT). The Council’s Environment team will design and the Quantity Surveyor Led ICT will assist the delivery of more graves to Ballyoan, Strabane, Mountcastle and Castlederg (BSMC) Cemeteries. The commission will consist of two phases of services. The ICT is to allow for the programme for the cemeteries to proceed together or separately. Phase 1 - New Graves Within Cemetery Boundaries, approximately £600,000 construction. Led by a Quantity Surveyor to assist deliver DCSDC designs to construct new graves within 4 existing cemetery boundaries. RIBA stage 4,5,6,7. Phase 2 - Extend Cemeteries and Obtain Planning Permission, approximately £500,000 construction. Led by ICT Design for RIBA stage 1,2 and 3 then led by ICT Quantity Surveyor from RIBA stage 4.3 to completion RIBA stage 6 and 7. A full ICT design team to extend the cemeteries beyond current boundaries and obtain planning permissions. Phase 2 planning application is to include the DCSDC designs for phase 1 and the ICT is to obtain a material start to the phase 2 planning permission through the constructed phase 1.
