PP-10161 Harris Federation Permanent and Contingency Staffing

Harris Federation is to establish a permanent and contingent (PerCo) recruitment Open Framework, being procured under the Open procedure, to secure the provision of general and specialist recruitment services by preferred suppliers that support the staffing requirements of all existing, and future, academies within the Federation. This framework will consist of 12 Lots. The call off options for the Client will be direct award, and mini competition. It is the Client’s intention that call offs will take place via a specified platform. The Framework shall be open for use by the following classifications of Contracting Authority throughout all administrative regions of the UK: UK public sector bodies which include schools, academies, multi academy trusts, RBCs, DfE school buying hubs, colleges, universities.

Supply of agency workers for Care & Support schemes

Orwell Housing Association Limited intend to create an open framework for agency suppliers who are able to provide temporary care assistants and support workers for our care and support schemes. We would like to procure a group of specialist agency suppliers who can offer a quality service whilst ensuring value for money for our customers. Suppliers will need to pass certain criteria to be successful in being awarded a place on the framework. The open framework will run for a maximum period of 8 years and will be reopened in accordance with TPA2023. Full details will be provided in the Invitation to tender when issued. We estimate the value to be £1.7m to £2m per annum, a total estimated cost of £16m including vat. Suppliers please note: the estimated values cover the whole of the framework and not the value awarded to each individual supplier. All dates detailed are subject to change by Orwell Housing Association Ltd.
