The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a refurbishment of teaching and learning spaces.  

Scope of Requirement:

The project comprises the refurbishment of teaching spaces throughout six buildings across the University of Sheffield campus: Alfred Denny Building, Bartolome House, Dental School, The Diamond, Hicks Building and Sheffield University Management School.

The proposed works include (but are not limited to) the following:

•	Internal Refurbishment at Alfred Denny including renewal of finishes to include replacement floor coverings, redecoration and ceiling alterations.
•	Lighting replacement at Alfred Denny.
•	Reconfiguration of heating systems / radiators at Bartolome House.
•	Installation of fixtures such as free-issue brackets, relocated whiteboards.
•	Small power and data alterations / improvements to support AV upgrades.
•	Provision of access equipment to support AV installs by UoS AV department.

The proposed works are to be divided into 6No Contract sections:

Contract Section One: Alfred Denny LT01 & LT02
Contract Section Two: Hicks Building LT02
Contract Section Three: Management School LT01
Contract Section Four: Diamond LT01, CR2, WR3
Contract Section Five: Dental School LT01
Contract Section Six: Bartolome House BB05, 06, 08, 11, 15a
