West Northamptonshire Council wishes to appoint Framework Providers in 4 Lots to provide a range of Security Services.Lot 1 - Core Guarding Service - Direct AwardLot 2 - Ad hoc Guarding - Call off via mini competitionLot 3 - Security Electronics - Call off via mini competitionLot 4 - Out of Hours, Monitoring and MaintenanceSuppliers can tender for one or more lots. There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this framework.Variant bids not offered.Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this opportunity.The Authority proposes to establish a framework agreement across four (4) lots for a fixed period of 48 months. The framework start date will be 18 November 2024.If your organisation wishes to participate in this process, you need to register with In-Tend Portal. Tenders must be returned via the Portal.
