Description

East Cambridgeshire District Council Home Improvement Agency wishes to invite tenders for the provision of disabled adaptations to residential properties with the district of Fenland District Council. The total annual value of the 4-year framework is anticipated to be between £1.2M to £2M per annum which is dependent on annual government funding and funding rollovers from previous years, this figure is aggregated across all Lots and contractors. There are 4 separate Lots. Each Lot can have a maximum of five contractors awarded framework supplier status determined by the highest five bidders for each lot.
Lots are:
• Lot 1 - Bathroom Works (Up to 5 contractors).
• Lot 2 - Internal Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors).
• Lot 3 - External Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors).
• Lot 4 - Heating Works (Up to 5 contractors).

Stonelow play area refurbishment

The Council's objective is to create a stimulating and inclusive play space that encourages exploration, risk-taking, and skill development. The new design should foster confidence, resilience, and learning through play, catering to children aged 3 to 12 years. Proposals must include equipment that is accessible to all children, including features specifically designed to support those with special educational needs (SEN). Tender submissions should include: • A visual design of the proposed playground • A detailed specification of the equipment, including age suitability • Information on accessibility and inclusive features Dronfield Town Council intends to award the contract to a suitably qualified and experienced contractor capable of delivering a high-quality, inclusive play environment.
