Energy Efficiency Dynamic Purchasing System (EEDPS) Plymouth City Council (PCC), as the lead Contracting Authority, in collaboration with Independence Brokerage Services CIC (trading as Independence CIC (INCIC)), is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for use by public sector bodies. These efforts aim to reduce carbon emissions, lower energy costs, and improve living conditions for residents. The EEDPS provides a structured, transparent, and flexible procurement framework to facilitate these goals. Objectives of the EEDPS The EEDPS is designed to enhance building energy performance, contributing to broader environmental, economic, and public health objectives, including: • Carbon Reduction: Addressing climate change through energy-efficient measures. • Economic Revitalisation: Investing in green skills and industries to stimulate local and national economies. • Public Health Improvements: Ensuring healthier living environments through energy-efficient upgrades. Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions (VCIS)

CCS has a dynamic purchasing system for Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions. The agreement started on 08 April 2020 and was scheduled to end on 07 April 2024. This provides central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure an extensive range of vehicle charging products and services. This notice advises that the DPS has been extended for up to 2 years (to 07 April 2026). The value in section II.1.5 has not been increased in line with the extension of the period of validity.

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for vehicles and associated supplies and services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.
