The Welsh Blood Service (WBS) collects blood donations from voluntary donors across Wales and processes these donations into blood components for transfusion. Each donation is assigned a unique Donation Identification Number (DIN), which enables traceability from collection to transfusion.
The DIN system is essential for ensuring the safety of the blood supply. It provides a unique identifier that links blood components and samples collected during donation. DIN labels are a regulatory requirement, and this User Requirement Specification outlines how the labels procured for WBS will comply with these requirements.

Appointment of Guidebook Publisher (2025)

The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) are seeking through this tender process to appoint a supplier to produce and print its range of souvenir guidebooks for a 5-year period commencing Late June 2025. This appointment will be contracted to the NMRN Trading Company, with the procurement undertaken by NMRN Operations. The contractor should be able to undertake both the design and printing elements. Where they do, the Council requires the provision of garden waste stickers, envelopes, picking, packing and mailing, as well as a customer cloud management portal.
