The Natural Capital & Ecosystem Assessment (NCEA) Programme   NCEA is a transformative programme to understand the extent, condition and change over time of environmental assets across England's land and water environments (including marine), supporting the government’s ambition to improve the environment within a generation. Built on data amassed from across England’s natural environment; NCEA aims to deliver a robust framework of statistics that facilitate landscape-level intelligence. Space Enabled and Geospatial Services Extension Notice

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a pan government collaborative agreement for the provision of goods and services relating to space-enabled and geospatial technologies. Using earth observation, professional surveyors, citizen scientists, membership organisations and legacy data, NCEA will build a highly detailed bank of assessments and integrated datasets. This contract, led by the Citizen Science team, works towards a more harmonised and collaborative approach to citizen science. The contract aims to develop a suite of Survey Frameworks which identify monitoring priorities and stakeholder goals and motivations, outlining what and why we should study nature and the environment. It will also serve to identify, collate and create a series of content to describe and share the best available current practice, approaches and resources which contribute to our collective evidence needs.

Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System (Applications 2023 to 2027)

The client requires a compliant DPS Framework to deliver a wide variety of environmental services and engage with suppliers in an evolving sector. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS will be accessible for 4 years with supplier applications being accepted from September 2023 onwards via this eTender and Call-Off Competitions beginning Autumn 2023. Tranche one of applications closed on the 18th October and this notice provides details of the eTenderWales ITT for all applications between October 2023 to October 2027. This notice is for applications for a position on the DPS only. Details of the call-off competitions will be provided to the successful applicants as they arise.
