The Service aims to reduce health inequalities by delivering culturally responsive, preventative health interventions that improve heart, lung, and mental health outcomes for adults aged 16 and over. Cornwall Council has a statutory obligation under the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and the Local Authorities Regulations 2013 to provide confidential, open access sexual health and reproductive health services for the population of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
