Description

Care and Support West, which is a representative body for adult social care providers, wishes to appoint an individual or an organisation to develop and deliver content and materials for a three-hour training session that could be delivered to staff teams by internal trainers and managers. Plus deliver train-the-trainers to internal trainers and managers to enable them to run the training session with their own staff.

The training content is aimed at local adult social care providers with sponsorship licences to support cultural awareness across their whole staff teams and to promote positive, supportive relationships with their workforce.

The development and training will run from July 2025 to June 2026 and will be part of the "BNSSG Sponsorship Recruitment Scheme". The scheme, which is funded by the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire councils, offers support and advice for care providers who have sponsor licences for international recruitment, or who have applied for a licence.
