Description

The Combined Authority has offered adult cycle training through a range of different programmes since 2016 and now wish to build on what has already been delivered. We are looking to work with an organisation who will co-ordinate and manage adult cycle training provision across West Yorkshire, working in collaboration with local authority district partners, local cycle training providers and local instructors. The successful tenderer will be able to show experience of having delivered adult cycle training programmes previously, an ability to collaborate with training providers and local authority partners across West Yorkshire, and to resource this work through appropriate staffing. The successful tenderer will also work with the Combined Authority and its partners to co-ordinate delivery of this work alongside other interventions. We would consider joint applications from organisations wanting to work together to deliver the package of work. The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is issuing this Planned Procurement Notice (PPN) to inform potential suppliers of an upcoming procurement opportunity for Adult Cycle Training. A Statement of Requirement document is available to view which goes into further detail about the upcoming opportunity. Please note this PPN is for prior information only and is not a "Call for Competition". WYCA reserve the right to change its procurement approach on the back of this notice being published.
