Suffolk County Council (SCC) seeks to establish the Warm Homes Suffolk Energy Efficiency and Renewables Retrofit Framework aimed at delivering high-quality energy efficiency retrofitting and renewable energy solutions for domestic and commercial premises across Suffolk. Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) acquired the long leasehold interest of the Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre (RVP) in Royal Tunbridge Wells in October 2023. TWBC has appointed RivingtonHark as Development Manager to coordinate a feasibility study of the centre which will be reported to council members in July 2025.
