Description

The Authority requires a single Supplier to provide a Volunteering and Social Impact (VASI) platform, and managed service to deliver a comprehensive digital solution. The purpose of the VASI platform and associated managed service is to enable a significant increase in large-scale volunteering across the Organisation, and will be used to transform the sourcing, promotion, management, co-ordination and tracking of volunteer activities by the Authorities staff. Southend-on-Sea City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework to provide Care at Home of which is described in the Tender Specification (Section B). Southend City Council defines "Care at Home" as comprising three essential services: 1.
