Description

The Authority requires a single Supplier to provide a Volunteering and Social Impact (VASI) platform, and managed service to deliver a comprehensive digital solution. The purpose of the VASI platform and associated managed service is to enable a significant increase in large-scale volunteering across the Organisation, and will be used to transform the sourcing, promotion, management, co-ordination and tracking of volunteer activities by the Authorities staff. We are seeking to appoint a competent and professional Contractor to deliver counselling sessions to customers who are in need, in order to help transform lives. It is proposed that this service will commence on 1st September 2025 for an initial two-year period, with the opportunity to extend for one year upon satisfactory performance and sole discretion of SHL.
