Description

Internal adaptations for the provision of a new SEND college located within the existing Sutton Life Centre (SLC).  Also create new entrance access and minor soft/hard landscaping works.  The works include:

Remodelling of internal spaces
New windows to external facade
New entrance to external facade
MEP strip out and replacement with new
Minor external soft/hard landscaping

Project to proceed on a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016.  RIBA Stage 3 design included within the tender documents.  Contractor to develop RIBA Stage 4 design.

There will be a requirement for the Contractor to coordinate elements of works with the Clients quay wall and landside civils principal contractors. There is potential for the works to be varied to extend the new quay wall and quay wall civils further than the initial 300m.
