Commissioners have worked with developers and are seeking a care provider for a new mental health supported living scheme that is focused on delivering positive outcomes for Bury people.  \r

The property provides 14 self-contained apartments over 2 floors.  The developer is St David Group and the Registered Housing Provider is Inclusion Homes. The property is newly developed.\r

The supported living service required is for 24/7 supported accommodation with specialist skills to support people with their mental health recovery.\r
