Description

Lincolnshire County Council are seeking to invite interested parties to apply to join the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) Open Select List (OSL) from Summer 2025.  This is a re-opening of Lincolnshire County Council's HAF OSL.
The HAF OSL is a list of experienced providers that meet set requirements and have minimum standards for the delivery of the HAF Programme in Lincolnshire during the period when HAF is funded by the Government.
The purpose of the HAF programme is to provide free holiday provision, including healthy food and physical and enriching activities, for Lincolnshire school-aged children and young people (reception to year 11) who are eligible for and receive benefits-related Free School Meals.
Only interested parties who already have experience in delivering holiday, after-school or out of school provision to children and young people will be considered.  For this re-opening Lincolnshire County Council is only seeking interested parties with experience of delivering to secondary-aged children and young people or children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or children with disabilities (CWD).

This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
