The Environment Agency is inviting quotations from experienced consultants to assist in the creation of the EA Cultural Framework.
With the introduction of EA2030, the new strategy of the Environment Agency, we need a consultant who can offer essential guidance, support, and strategies to effectively implement our refreshed values, expectations, behaviours, and practices. This consultant will play a key role in formulating an action plan to integrate these elements into our operations and performance.
We are looking for a consultant with proven experience in devising strategies to embed organisational culture change within large organisations.

In line with UKRI's Public Engagement Strategy, UKRI want to commission a supplier for the delivery of a six year contract for new UK-wide celebration to engage the public, particularly young people, with research and innovation (R&I). This will be delivered through the following 5 work packages: Work package 1: coordinated UK-wide activities that celebrate and showcase R&I and supports people (particularly young people and those from minoritised communities and those underrepresented in R&I) to engage with R&I through co-produced local and regional activity. Council Tax and Business Rates Recovery

The Services to be delivered under the Contract will be a historic review of Settle’s Council Tax and Business Rates accounts across the full property portfolio to identify any overpayments, progress recovery and identify potential improvements in Settle internal processes to reduce the instance of overpayments in future. The objectives of the project are to: •Identify and quantify historical overpayments of council tax and business rates made by Settle going back over as long a period as possible. •Recover eligible overpaid amounts from relevant local authorities. •Improve Settle internal systems and procedures to prevent future overpayments. •Ensure legal compliance and maintain positive working relationships with the local authorities.
